Bring your people. I'll handle the rest.
Family reunions, milestone birthdays, a wedding party that wants a week away, a friend group that finally picked a date. Cruise or resort, I've run groups of 25 and up without losing a single reservation. One plan, one phone number, and everyone shows up happy.
Grandparents to toddlers, rooms or cabins near each other, dinner at the same table every night. I handle the who-sleeps-where so you don't have to.
Everyone books their own room, everyone pays their own way, nobody has to be the one collecting money. I do that part.
Destination weddings, anniversary sailings, a 50th that deserves more than a restaurant. Group rates, a private event if you want one, and a coordinator who's done it before.
You pick a rough date and a place. I hold a block of rooms or cabins at a group rate before prices move. Each person books their own room and pays their own deposit, straight with me, so nobody's fronting money for the group. I track the whole roster, the dining, the excursions, and the perks the resort or cruise line gives groups. You get one point of contact from the first hold to the flight home. Planning is free. Most groups of 8 rooms or more earn something back, a free room, resort credit, or onboard credit, and I'll tell you up front what yours qualifies for.
I'm building a small set of hosted group trips for 2027 and 2028, resort weeks and sailings where I'm there too. Want first pick before they're announced? Get on the list.
Any group I book, cruise or resort, can name a 501(c)(3) and I'll make a donation on your behalf for every room that books. Cancer research, children's causes, rare disease research, ocean and environment, mental health, or whatever matters to your group. You travel the way you planned. A cause wins too. Just tell me who when we set up the block.
